Framed Hydraulic Press
The framed hydraulic press is primarily used in wheel disc and rim and lock ring/flange ring manufacturing fields for forming, expanding, flaring, punching hole, and feeding processes. Due to specific machine features, simply change the tools used, and users can carry out strengthening, blanking (optional buffer device), bending, flanging, cold extruding and other punching processes of metal materials, as well as levelling, press-fitting and compression forming of powder, abrasive products, plastic products and insulating materials.
Features
- The machine body is optimally designed with computers. The all-steel plate welded frame structure produces an excellent precision rating ability.
- Hydraulic control utilizes a cartridge valve integrated system, featuring a reliable operating, large flow, small inside leakage, long service life, highly integrated system and reduced connecting line and leakage points.
- Button centralized control is used, and 3 operating modes are available: adjustable, manual and semi-automatic (fixed-stroke single-pass and fixed-pressure single pass).
- A 4-corner and 8-direction guide rail allows for an excellent guiding accuracy and a strong load-deflection resistance. Central lubrication is used.
- The sliding block moves at a high speed and features an outstanding work efficiency.
- The sliding block working pressure, no-load quick operation stroke range and slow load operating are all adjustable according to processing technology.
