We can design steel wheel rim production lines for the manufacturing of 10 to 54-inch rims. depending on the required production technologies used for your wheel rims, we can design the line to complete all sorts of processes. From rim band coiling, butt welding, trimming, end-cutting, through flaring, roll-forming, expanding sizing, horizontal testing to valve hole punching, these wheel rim production lines feature a compact, efficient and labor-saving layout. This results in a finished production line that will not take up too much of the customer’s production area. - High Automation Degree and Low Rejection Rate:

According to the manufacturing requirements submitted by the customer, Taizhi steel wheel rim production lines can be semi-automatic or fully automatic. The semi-automatic line requires 10-12 people to operate it, carrying out processes including loading, unloading, and machining operations. The fully automatic line, however, only requires 3 to 5 operators as it can perform automatic feeding, unloading, material conveying, and machining operations.
The manufacturing technology used in steel wheel rim production lines is made more or less effective by the steel plates used by customers, which have been cut to length by suppliers. Based on customer demands, we will design the ideal plant layout and processing technologies. Note:
1: the above technology and equipment selection is based on the wheel rim with a diameter of 17.5-26inches, a width of 5.5-16 inches and a thickness of 4-8mm, only for reference.
2: As for marking, coiling, and flattening processes, the customer can choose the marker and coiler which integrates all 3 processes to minimize labor costs and the amount of machinery needed, based on the required rim diameter and plate thickness.
