Taizhi’s assembly welders are designed for internal welding of 22.5 to 24.5-inch tubeless steel wheels.

• The weld joint’s strength and appearance quality satisfies international wheel industry standards.
• This assembly welder has a vertical C-type structure, with a horizontal loading/unloading direction and an automatic turning angle adjustable within 0-60 degrees.
• The electrical turntable contains a holder, feeding platform and unloading platform. Operators manually load and unload work pieces.
• The work piece loads/unloads horizontally, is clamped using a pneumatic chuck and pneumatically reverses.
• This welder uses an inverter for speed and PLC control. The parameters are easily set via touch screen.
• The welding gun is pneumatically controlled and guided via a linear guideway with an adjustable up/down, left/right and front/back positioning.
• All processes are sensor controlled.
• Functions include a full welding process.
• A 2mm welding wire is used and the flux is 431 with 60-80 mesh.
• The equipment color is determined by users, or, if no color is specified, a cold white.
