• The horizontal rim testing equipment features a horizontal C shaped structure, 4 post guides and a right-side hydraulic cylinder clamping system with a high efficiency and adjustable cylinder speed.
• Leak testing is carried out using dry detection. Soapy water and red paint are used as the testing media.
• Horizontal rim testing uses a hydraulic cylinder top clamping system and a compressed air fast charge and discharge device with a built-in air throttling device.
• Each step is controlled by pressure sensors to ensure reasonable metering alternation of pressure inflation.
• Functions include manual/automatic operating mode, loading and unloading conveyor device on both sides.
• PLC control.
