Wheel production line involves flow-spin-forming equipment, coiling machine, roll-forming machine, weld trimmers-planisher-side trimmers, tubeless rim re-rounders, flaring machine, expanders, shrinker, valve hole punching press, valve hole milling machine, assembly welder, gantry type vertical turning lathe, vertical wheel rim turning lathe, vertical wheel rim turning center, CNC flow-spin-forming machine, CNC vertical wheel turning lathe, loading and unloading system, hydraulic system and automatic control system. The produced wheels are applicable to passenger cars, trucks, tractors, buses, agriculture vehicles, engineering vehicles and other special vehicles.

Taizhi is headquartered in the Hailian Develpment Area, Shuitou Town, Nanan city, Quanzhou, Fujian Province. With fixed assets of 320 million, our factory covers an area of 36000 square meters, the workshop making up the majority of that space at 26000 square meters. We have 400 workers, including 35 engineers. Besides, we also own a Fujian engineering and technological research center, which helps us to conduct further research when developing manufacturing solutions for wheels, brake drums, and wheel-side reducers.

We have a fully staffed professional quality control sector equipped with a variety of testing machine to ensure the design and production of each machine is carried out according to our high standards. We have been granted ISO9001:2008 international quality management system certification, ISO14001:2004 environment management certification, OHSAS occupational health and safety management system certification, which we feel is evidence of our commitment to quality.
